A glass of wine from time to time is not only a nice experience for a fair number of people, it is also believed to have a lot of health benefits. While not proven, the occasional glass wine, and red wine in particular, is widely thought to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, provide a certain level of cancer protection and may also significantly defer the signs of aging.

Zinfandel Wine in Sayre

While it's true that I don't drink much wine on a fairly regular basis, I do devour a glass of Zinfandel wine from time to time, most often when I am at a quiet meal with friends and family. The most recent time I went out to dinner in Sayre was at Cafe Caribe. That place is a good place to eat dinner and enjoy a glass of Zinfandel wine. Also, you may be able to also do a bit of celebrity spotting there as a couple of people mentioned to me that Courteney Cox once had a couple of drinks there. I am not sure if it's true though.

Speaking of well known celebrities, that reminds me of this famous quote:

I do not have any idea who said that and not that I am sure why I just now remembered that but you know...

Let's get back to the wine so, if you are wanting to have a tasty glass of wine (or three) in Sayre, try some Zinfandel wine, it's really nice.
