Enjoying a glass of wine now and then is not only fun for load of people, it is also thought to have a number of health benefits. While yet to be proven, the occasional glass wine, and red wine in particular, is believed to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, provide an increased amount of cancer protection and could possibly also somewhat reduce the signs of aging.

Sangiovese Wine in China Grove

Even though it's true that I don't drink daily, I do consume a glass of Sangiovese wine occasionally, generally when I'm having a meal with my family. The most recent time I headed out to dinner in China Grove was at Fiddlesticks. That place is a great place to eat and have a glass of Sangiovese wine. As an aside, you could also do a bit of celebrity spotting there as a couple of people mentioned that Salma Hayek once visited there. I'm not sure if I believe that though.

Talking of personalities, that reminds me of an old famous quote:

I do not have a clue who said that and I am not sure why I just now remembered that but I digress...

So anyway, if you are looking to have an excellent small glass of wine (or more) in China Grove, try some Sangiovese wine, it's definitely worth your time.
