The odd glass of wine occasionally is not only unwinding for a lot people, it is also believed by many to have significant health benefits. Although not proven, a regular glass of wine, and red wine in particular, is thought to reduce the risk of heart disease, provide a certain amount of cancer protection and may also significantly reduce the signs of aging.

Lebanese Wine in Delphos

It is definitely true that I don't drink alcohol each day, I do partake in a glass of Lebanese wine every now and then, more often that not when I'm having dinner with my family. The most recent time I had dinner in Delphos was at Bayside Hut. That's a trendy place to eat and drink a glass of Lebanese wine. Not to mention, you could also do a little bit of celebrity spotting there as apparently that Helen Hunt once had a drink there. I am not sure if I believe that though.

Talking of celebrities, that reminds me of a well known line:

I do not know who wrote or said that and not that I am aware why I quite suddenly remembered that but we can leave that for another day...
