The odd glass of wine now and then is not only an enjoyable experience for a lot people, it is also believed to have numerous health benefits. Although it may not be proven, the occasional glass wine, and red wine in particular, is thought to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, provide a level of cancer protection and could possibly also somewhat reduce the signs of aging.

Italian Wine in Rockford

It is most definitely true that I don't drink alcohol each week, I do love a glass of Italian wine now and then, most often when I'm enjoying a night out with some friends. I believe the last time I had dinner in Rockford was at Bake's Bar & Restaurant. That's a top place to eat and drink a glass of Italian wine. Not to mention, you can possibly also do some celebrity spotting there as I have heard that Meg Ryan once ate there. I am not sure if it's true though.

On the subject of well known celebrities, that reminds me of this famous quote:

I don't know who came up with that and not that I have any clue why I suddenly recalled that but that is off topic...

Back to the drinks, if you are wanting to have an excellent glass of wine (or much more) in Rockford, try some Italian wine, it's really fantastic.
