A nice glass or two of wine from time to time is not only fun for quite a lot of people, it is also documented to have fantastic health benefits. While not necessarily proven, a regular glass of wine, and red wine in particular, is widely accepted to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, provide a certain amount of cancer protection and can possibly also defer the signs of aging.

Czech Wine in Trenton

While I do not drink each week, I do devour a glass of Czech wine from time to time, more often that not when I'm having an evening with my friends. The last time I went out to dinner in Trenton was at ECCO Fine Italian Cuisine. That is a great place to eat and drink a glass of Czech wine. Surprisingly, you can possibly also do a bit of celebrity spotting there as a couple of people told me that Jaime Pressly once drank there. I am not sure if I believe it though.

Speaking of well known people, that reminds me of this not so famous line:

I admit I don't know who wrote or said that and I don't have a clue why I suddenly remembered that but I should get back on topic...
